Current State Of the Art in the technology

The ARGO technology is at stage of final engineering, having been tested in the field in different installations. Tixon Energy srl is looking for industrial and financial partners to advance to the final product.

Research and Development Story of the ARGO Project

The Argo project began in 2008 when it was created and started the phases of design and testing. From 2008 to 20010 has been developed the first version of the project, while from 2010 to 2012 has been developed the second version. Organizational logistical and financial difficulties has froze the project from 2012 to today. In the pictures below you have been reported some examples both of the drawings CAD-CAM version design and for the second version also the realization of physical prototypes that were then used for testing on the field.

First version of the Project

The below pictures illustrates the basic version now abandoned that initially had been planned and that had encountered operating problems especially in the management of the DC / DC feeder.

Second version of the Project

This is the current operating version, although there are still problems of strength and resistance to current transients. The project, while being spent time, is under development that the need for a specific action of engineering especially in the choice of the quality of the electronic components that constitute the power supply. The idea of Argos as invention is unique in the world for a product that has never been conceived and presents logistical challenges are difficult to overcome.

Production of prototypes

The prototypes of the project were built in a small factory in Chivasso near Turin, Italy near the railway line. The limited resources available to the company does not, however, have limited the quality of the instrumentation built as you can see in the photos.
